Cancellation Policy

This policy is to protect the service provider from; damage or loss of furniture within the environment (we are not liable for any of the above under any circumstance), discrimination of age, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion, belief or sexual orientation. The individual has the right to; reject a session if any of the above is dismissed, cancel or rebook a session within 24hrs and a ‘no time frame limit’ for illness and emergencies. Clients are able to cancel and reschedule at least 3hrs before a session. Under the 3hr notice period, will require a payment of 2hrs. The individual has the responsibility to; provide appropriate PPE, working in accordance with Infection Prevention and Control of Health and Safety, maintain and ensure a consistent high standard of cleanliness is kept within the agreed areas, report and notify the appropriate individual of any changes or incidents during a session, ensure an appropriate attitude at all times and commitment to time and organisation in a professional manner. The required minimum service is 2 hours per session. Equipment is not provided such as mop, bucket and a vacuum cleaner. However cleaning detergents, bed linen and towels, extras including toilet tissue, bin waste bags and a laundrette service can be provided for an additional fee. Payments are required weekly on Fridays before 2PM. Late payments are not tolerated and will be reviewed. (This policy is an reduced version as the full version will be sent once a service is requested, alongside payment options available to agree to).
