Cancellation Policy

General: All services are strictly available for persons over the age of 18+ ONLY. Please do not bring children under the age of 16 along with you to your appointment. We can not accommodate them in the studio. This includes babies in prams. Please ensure you have not consumed alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of your appointment, or excessive alcohol the day before. Service will be refused & deposit forfeited.We are unable to apply tooth gems on veneers or if the tooth is false, crowned or capped, as the gem will not last long. This also includes retainer and brace wearers, ​​open wounds, cold sores or fresh oral piercings. Gems are generally suitable for natural and healthy teeth.Covid-19 Virus/ Bacterial/ Fungal infections/ Cold or flu symptoms: if you have any of these, please reschedule your appointment as you may put the service provider at risk and studio at risk.Please do not book these services if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Service will be refused and deposits/payments forfeited. If you decide to cancel or amend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible within 48 hours of your appointment otherwise deposits will be forfeited. Failure to turn up to your appointment without informing us (no show) will incur a forfeited deposit. Appointment times are short and turning up late may result in you missing your appointment. If you are running more than 5 minutes late please contact the studio as soon as possible as this may result in an appointment cancellation/ reschedule and deposit forfeited. Payments are due BEFORE the tooth gem process. Please ensure you have paid upfront otherwise the process will be refused and deposit forfeited.Risks and Side Effects: Tooth gems are generally considered safe, some potential risks and side effects may include:It can promote food impaction around it. Please be sure to brush on the tooth gently but effectively. We have fully trained technicians to ensure the process is done correctly however, we encourage individuals to do extra research to ensure all potential risks and information is notified. Results: Tooth gems last between one month to 9 months, depending on the level of care. (They will fall off naturally during this time frame). We cannot remove the tooth gems once applied. We do not encourage individuals to remove the gems independently. The safest option to remove gems is to go to dental professionals such as a private or NHS dentist.
